Tärnaby Fjällhotell - hotel rooms

We are a small and welcoming hotel with all the activities right outside the door. We have comfortable and functional hotel rooms, a restaurant with price winning food, conference room, apartments, hostel and a sauna with panoramic view.
The skilift is 50 meters away and you can ski all the way to the door. Close to hiking tracks, lake for fishing or canoing in summer and snowmobile and cross country skiing in the winter- perfect location.

You can make yourself at home in our living room (which we call our lounge). Read a paper after breakfast, play games with the children, watch a film or enjoy a cup of coffee with a brandy after dinner. Our panorama sauna is at the top of the building, with a 360° view overlooking Mt. Ryfjället, Lake Gäutan and Anjabacken. Most of the hotel supports wireless Internet.
Tärnaby Fjällhotell has 78 beds divided among 36 rooms, plus 13 apartments and the larger chalets Backvillan and Åkerlundska Gården. Tärnaby Ski Shop is on the ground floor, and this is where you will find any ski equipment you might need, regardless of whether you would like to rent or purchase. There are two different room categories with two beds, Super G and Slalom. Slalom rooms are slightly smaller while the Super G rooms are large and spacious. There is also a couple of 4 bed rooms and 3 bed rooms- perfect for familys.
SUMMER: Tärnaby Fjällhotell is the perfect choice for everyone who would like to experience this mountain region during the summer. There are rambling and hiking trails in close proximity to the hotel. The lake is just 50 m away – you can fish from the jetty or rent a canoe. Come for a night or stay several weeks! We can give you plenty of tips and advice for excursions whatever the weather, wind, your age or fitness level. And if you would just like to sit back and admire the view, this is fine too!
House pets are allowed in some of the rooms in the hotel.
It is not allowed to smoke anywhere inside the hotel.

SWEDEN: Take the road E12 from Umeå and fallow the "Blå vägen", one of Scandinavia’s most beautiful roads. It starts from Umeå, pas by the Umeälv on its way towards Hemavan/Tärnaby, keeps on west towards Mo i Rana and ends in Nesna, out at the Atlantic cost. NORWAY: Take the road E12 from Nesna or Mo i Rana and fallow the "Blå vägen" to Hemavan/Tärnaby
