Excellent location only 150 m from the main entrence of Furuviksparken and inside the entrence there is a 25 m swimming-pool with an adventure pool.

The house
42 m2 with 3 rooms and kitchen of which 2 are bedrooms. One of them is on the loft, where there is also a flat TV.
There are 3 permanent beds and one extra bed, that is in total 4 beds. NOTE! Max. 4 persons including children can accommodate in the house (2 single beds on the loft + a single bed in the bedroom on the ground floor + a foldable extra bed)
Kitchen and living-room are coherent. 2 tables, 4 chairs, stove with oven, refrigerator with frozen storage, microwave oven, coffee maker, kitchen equipment for 4 persons.
In the living-room there are a sofa, 2 armchairs and TV, DVD player and radio (stereo).

One WC, a shower and a wash-basin are in the bathroom.

There is a veranda in front of the house The terrace is a ”party tent” of wood including a table and 4 chairs. There is a separate place of grilling with a grill. Drying rack is available.

The house is not suitable for disabled persons.
Shops about 10 min. by car from the house to Skutskär.
It is a 4 min. walking distance to the main entrence of Furuviksparken.

NOTE! Top sheets/quilt covers, bottom sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included in the letting of the house. Quilts and pillows are available.
Top- and bottom sheet, pillow case and towel can be rented 180 SEK per person and/or final cleaning 650 SEK. It is booked through the house owner and paid by cash to that person. Contact information is in the booking confirmation.

Smoking is not allowed nor house pets.

NOTE! Max. 4 persons including children can accomodate in the house.

There is a parking space for one car.

Das Haus
42 m2 mit 3 Zimmer und Küche woraus 2 sind Bettzimmer. Ein von den Zimmern ist im Dachraum mit flasches Fernsehen.
Es gibt 3 ständige Betten + ein extra Bett. Beachtung! Max. 4 Personen im alles inkl. Kinder (2 Einzellbetten im Dachraum + ein Einzellbett im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss + ein extra Bett, faltbar). Es heist 4 Betten in Summe.
Küche und Wohnzimmer sind kombiniert. In diesem gibt es 2 Tische, 4 Stühle, Herd mit Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle ofen, Kaffeemaschine und Kücheausrüstung für 4 Personen.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Sofa und 2 Lehnstühle, flashes Fernsehen, DVD- Spieler und Radio (Stereo).

WC im Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken.

Eine Veranda gibt es vorne des Hauses. Der Altan ist ”ein hölzernes Partyzelt” inkl. Tisch und 4 Stühle. Ein Grill gibt es in der Nähe. Es gibt ein Trockenständer.

Das Haus ist nicht behindertenfreundlich

Geschäfte gibt ca.10 Minuten mit Auto von Haus aus Skutskär.
Es ist 4 Minuten zu Fuss zum Haupteingang des Parkes erreichen .

BEACHTUNG! Überschlaglaken/Bettbezug, Betttucher, Kissenbezug und und Handtücher sind nicht im Vermieten des Hauses eingeschlossen. Im Haus gibt es Stoppdecken und Kissen.
Überschlaglaken, Bettuch, Kissenbezug und Handtuch kann man für 180 SEK pro Person und/oder Schlussaufräumen 650 SEK vermieten. Buchung ist unmittelbar mit dem Besitzer des Hauses abgeschlossen. Diese Summen sind bar bezahlt. Kontakt Informationen ist in der Buchungbestätigung.
Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt und auch nicht Haustiere.

Es gibt einen Parkplatz für ein Auto.

Aqui hay un lugar muy bién situado sólo 150 metros del entrada principal del parque en Furuvik y dentro de la entrada hay una piscina de 25 metros con una piscina adventuras.

La casa
42 metros cuadrados con 3 habitaciónes y cocina de las cuales 2 dormitorios. Un dormitorio está en el desván y hay en televisión alli.
Hay 3 camas normalas y una cama extra. Es a decir, 4 camas en total. ¡ATTENCIÓN! Maximo 4 personas niños incluodos caben en la casa (2 camas individuales en el desván + una cama individual en el dormitorio en la planta baja + una extra cama plegable).
Cocina y sala de estar estan ligados. Hay 2 mesas, 4 sillas, cocina, horno, frigorífico con congelador, microondas, cafetera y un equipo por la cocina para 4 personas.
En el sala de estar hay un sofá y 2 sillónes y tele, DVD y un radio (stereo).

Hay un WC, una ducha y un lavado.

Hay un porche en la parte delantera de la casa. La terraza es una ”tienda de madeira” y hay una mesa, 4 sillas. Un lugar special para asar hay cerca la terraza. Hay escurreplatos.

La casa no está accesíble a los discapacitados.

Algunas tiendas hay situados unos 10 minutos en coche a Skutskär.

¡NOTA! Sábena encimera/funda de edredón, sábena bajera, almonadónes y toallas no están incluidos en el precio del alquiler. Hay dredónes e almohades.
Sábena encimera, sábana bajera, almadóne y toalla pueden estan alquilados por 180 SEK por persona y/o limpieza final por 650 SEK. Eso tiene que reservar directamente al dueño de la casa. El pago está contanto. Hay información del contact en la confirmación del alquilar.

No hay tolerable de fumar o traer animales domesticus.

¡ATTENCIÓN! Maximo 4 personas niños incluodos caben en la casa.

Hay una plaza de aparcamiente un coche.
