Culinary Food Walking Tour with the Vasamuseum

Price from
1395 kr per person

Feel the scents, listen to birdsong and taste Stockholm's finest delicacies at the Royal Djurgården. A combination of beautiful views, tastes and experiences in the Stockholm region. The walk includes a guided tour of the world's best-preserved 17th-century

The culinary tour starts at the Nordic Museum, where we talk about how people ate from the 16th century onwards. At the museum's restaurant, you will be served today's starter. Sickis the dog stands at the back of the museum, of course you greet him and hear his story.

The Vasa Museum is Scandinavia's most popular museum. If there are many visitors, we go ahead as a group with a voucher - it's nice not to have to queue here. A guided tour of the world's best-preserved and unique 17th-century ship awaits here. In the restaurant, a main course is served, which has been prepared from fine Swedish ingredients. You also botanize among crops and plants in Vasa's own garden and walk along Djurgårdsstrand. The spirits museum is housed in a maritime building from the 18th century, outside here you will hear about the Swedish alcohol culture and the Swedes' drinking habits. You walk into Lilla Allmänna gränd to see Djurgården's old fire station as well as Mjölnargården and Apotekshuset. The hike ends with afternoon coffee (coffee/tea and cake).

Please come hungry!

All dishes are included in the price. The price also includes a bottle of water that you get at the start. If you want to buy additional drinks, there are opportunities at the restaurants we visit. You will be both full and satisfied and can move between the dishes.
